Domestic USA

• Free standard shipping on orders within the 48 contiguous states (and Washington DC).  All shipments will leave USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. 
• Other shipping options listed during checkout are at an additional cost. 
• All shipment time frames listed are POST fulfilment. For example, "Next day air" does not guarantee that the shipment will arrive the next day. 
• All shipments travel on "business days" and do not include weekends / holidays.

International

• HDI understands that shipping from the US to Canada can be expensive and we do not profit on shipping. 
• HDI uses Shopify Managed Markets to collect import tax, duty, and other import fees to assure that the customer gets not only the best rates but also an all inclusive buying experience.
• Please contact us directly if you would like an Canadian order shipped to a US border shipping pickup for self import.
• HDI is not responsible for the importation of products picked up from US border shipping locations.
